A classic, gentle full-body massage that uses lotion and long flowing strokes, to ease muscle tension, boost blood circulation and promote deep relaxation

Intensive therapy that uses slow strokes and direct, firm pressure to reach the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissue. Deep tissue can also include trigger point work.

This style of massage can best be described as having a yoga class done to you. There is assisted passive stretching, along with compression on top of the muscles being stretched. Great for flexibility and mobility.

This is a gentle hands on therapy where practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, which has shown to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as many other systems of the body, such as digestive, musculoskeletal, respiratory, circulatory, and more.
